All asbestos courses except those in the Asbestos Awareness group fall under and comply with Title II of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and are approved under Chapter 33-15-13 of the North Dakota Air Pollution Control Rules and by the State of Minnesota under Minnesota Rules 4620.3700. Each state has its own requirements, so participants are encouraged to verify whether these courses meet all the necessary criteria.

All asbestos courses (initial & refreshers), except worker, are eligible to receive ABIH certification maintenance points.  Visit ETI/library/reference materials to learn more!
